designed catamaran which gets you up close to the whales.
Captain Dave's 50-foot sailing catamaran has an underwater
viewing pod, underwater camera, research hydro phone,
three dolphin nets. Along
with viewing dolphins and whales you can actually hear
them as they swim underwater. There is also a handheld
camera that used for viewing the whales up close.
Whale watching tips are onboard a 35-foot SeaRunner
Catamaran. If your get sea sick a Catamaran is the way
to go. The boat has two hulls which limit side to side
motion. Captain Dave's
Catamaran is U.S. Coast Guard approved and passengers
loads are always smaller than other whale watching boast
leaving you plenty of room to move around.

Gray Whales can be seen between December and early May
and Blue Whales, Fin whales and Minke whales from May
