The Old Place is located adjacent to
the Cornell Winery in Agoura Hills, California. This
area of the Santa Monica Mountains was once a small
town named Cornell. The building that houses the old
place was originally Hank’s Country Store before
it was converted into a restaurant by Tom Runyon.
Tom ran the business for forty years until his passing
in 2009. Today his son Morgan continues to manage the
restaurant which still serves some of the original menu
items including as steak and clams. The Old Place is
located at 29983 Mulholland Hwy, CA 91301
Hours: Thursday - Sunday 4pm - 10pm
11pm. Brunch Saturday - Sunday 9am - 4pm Breakfast 9am
- 2pm Lunch Items 11am - 4pm
