One of the
most popular events held at the Fullerton Arboretum is
the annual Tomato Tasting and Summer Salsa Contest. The
contest is run during the month of August and there is
no entrace fee.
Salsa must be made with home-grown tomatoes and peppers
and can be mild to wild. Fullerton
