This view
is looking south from the Gaviota State Beach pier toward
Santa Barbara. Gaviota has about a half mile of sand beach.
The rest of the coast around Gaviota is mostly rocky with
steep bluffs. Inland Gaviota Park covers almost 2000 acres.
