Day Trip To Hollywood California
|
Hollywood
California is visited by tourists from all over the
world. For out of state travelers Hollywood is always one
of the first places they think about when they plan a vacation
to Southern California. Daytrippen.com decided to take a drive
to the world famous location and see what all the fuss is
about. Most of the activity revolves around Grauman's
Chinese Theater on Hollywood
boulevard. This is where the Star
line buses pick up and drop off for the various tours
and most Hollywood attractions are located within walking
distance of the theater. Downtown Hollywood is under going
a makeover with with new buildings popping up and old buildings
being renovated. Sidewalk vendors hawking maps to the stars
homes and look-alike celebrities trying to get you to take
a picture are still there but Hollywood is much improved.
The foot prints of the stars in the courtyard of Grauman's
are really fascinating and the walk of stars along Hollywood
boulevard is a great place to take a photo next to the star
of your favorite Hollywood movie personality. |
