Knott's Berry Farm Halloween Haunt

   
Knott's Halloween Haunt also known as Knott's Scary Farm is the number one Halloween event in Southern California. Starting September 23 and running for through October 31 Knott's theme park transforms into 160- acres of sheer terror. Knott’s Halloween Haunt has 13 mazes, seven hair-raising shows, four scare zones and 1,000 roaming monsters roaming throughout the entire park.

Halloween Haunt is not recommended for children under 13, even some adults will scared. For the younger kids, Snoopy’s Costume Party in Camp Snoopy is the to celebrate Halloween. Snoopy’s Costume Party runs from October 1-30, 10 am to 5 pm and is included with regular park admission.

Knott's Halloween Haunt, debuted on October 31, 1973 with a decorated Ghost Town and a few dozen live monsters lurking in the fog to scare unsuspecting guests. The event drew thousands more guests than expected and the following year it was expanded to cover the full weekend before Halloween.

Today Knott's Scary Farm has Thirteen walk-through mazes and re-themed rides, including new for 2011: “Delirium,” “Invasion Beneath,” and “ENDGAMES: Warriors of the Apocalypse." Four scare zones including the all-new “Gypsy Camp.”

Seven live shows including the “Haunt Wonders of Technology.” and 1,000 live monsters, ghosts, ghouls, goblins, freaks, mutants and other beasts lurking in the fog to scare unsuspecting guests.

Knott's Halloween Haunt discounts and information: Knott’s Halloween Haunt dates are Oct. 2, 5-9, 12-16, 19-23, 26-31, 2011. Event hours are 7pm - 1am; Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm-2am.

The Halloween Haunt at Knott’s Scary Farm is a special ticket event not covered by regular Knott’s Berry Farm admission or a Knott’s Season Pass.

Ticket prices are $34 - $51 presale online and $57 day of event. Haunt tickets are available at Knott’s Guest Relations or can be purchase online.


Pre-Scare Dinner Special: Get into the spirit early by enjoying a Knott’s V.I.P Boo-ffet dinner followed by early entry into Halloween Haunt a few minutes before it opens to the public.

The VIP dinner is $24.00 (does not include admission tickets). This special offer is available each night to Halloween Haunt ticket holders only with advance dinner reservations which can be made at knotts.com. Walk-up Boo-ffet price is $28.00
