Today Toms Farm has expanded to include restaurants, stores, family rides and even a miniature train. Tom's is a great place to stock up on snacks before you head to the Lake Elisnore.

Orange Empire Railway Museum is just 15 miles from the lake and well worth the trip. Visitors to the museum can ride on classic trolleys and passenger trains of California's past. One ticket is good trains rides all day long. Free admission and parking.

Lake Elsinore Outlet Mall is a huge outdoor shopping center jam packed with factory outlet stores. The outlet mall is conveniently located next to Interstate 15 and the lake is just a couple of minutes drive from the stores.

Ortega Highway is the gateway to the Cleveland National Forest offering hiking, biking and camping opportunities.

If your in the mood for a romantic outing the Temecula wine county is a short drive from Lake Elsinore. Visit Lake Elisnore for the day, as a camping destination or weekend getaway.
