The Orange
County BBQ Bonanza is being held August 18-21, 2011, at
Mile Square Park In Fountain Valley. The event area is
located between the tennis courts and recreation center.
Fences seperate the BBQ Bonanza from the rest of the park
and there is a $5.00 admission. Free admission on Thursday
8/18/11 from 5 PM - 10 PM and Friday 8/19/11 from 11 AM
- 4 PM with a business card.
Orange County BBQ Bonanza features some of the top BBQ
cookers in the country including PorkyNBeans America's
Best Ribs, Howling Coyote specializing in St. Louis style
pork spare ribs, Cowboys Barbecue & Rib Company withover
150 regional, national, and international titles, Aussom
Aussie a 24 year veteran of the International BBQ Circuit,
Johnson’s Bar-B-Que with over 150 titles and Kansas
City BBQ team.
The Orange County BBQ Bonanza features BBQ vendors from
across the U.S. who sell their award winning ribs , chicken,
sausage, pulled pork, and other mouth watering BBQ dishes.
Both amateur and professional categories for judging and
trophies. two stages, main stage and children's.
Also on hand at the Fountaiin Valley BBQ festival will
be live entertainment and plenty of arts and crafts booths.
Bring the whole family for a day of fun and finger licking
good BBQ ribs in the park. Children 12 and under are free
when accompanied by an adult.

1-DAY general admission is $5.00 per
person. Ticket includes a free Souvenir E-Photo and
a $2 Redeemable Rib Coupon toward the purchase of a
sampler plate from a rib vendor. Rib vendors sell various
selections including sample plates (usually 3 ribs),
half and full racks of ribs.
If money is no object then you can check
out the VIP Rib Village at a $100.00 per ticket (at
the gate $105). Rib village is for 18 years of age and
up and includes 1-day general admission. VIP \seating
at a table, service and dining to include all you can
eat ribs from all Rib Cookers, , salad, sides, desserts
and all you can drink (beer, wine, and nonalcoholic
beverages Not a bad deal.
Rib Village hours 5 PM - 9 PM - Thursday and Friday.
4 PM - 9 PM - Saturday and 12 NOON - 5 PM - Sunday.
Fountain Valley Sports Complex , Brookhurst
