Park is located on the world famous Santa Monica Pier. The
center piece of this amusement park is the Pacific Wheel,
the world’s first solar-powered Ferris wheel. The
ride takes visitors nine stories high overlooking the Pacific
Ocean.
In total there are twelve rides including West Coaster steel
roller coaster; Pacific Plunge, a 45-foot tall tower ride,
Ship Ahoy, a swinging ship ride and a miniature golf course.
Admission to the pier is free. You can buy individual tickets
for rides or get an unlimited ride wristband. There are
several places where you can get dine on the pier or you
can try one of the dozens of local restaurants.
Pacific Park is a great place to host your kids birthday
party with several different packages available. If your
looking for the ultimate party or celebration you can even
rent the entire amusement park for your own private event.
Pacific Park is a classic west coast pier amusement park.
Pacific Park includes various attractions, a miniature golf
course and there is usually a few street performers working
the pier offering various one person shows in the hope to
get a few dollars in tips. |
