| Paramount
Ranch Racetrack
was only used for about two years. After one of the drivers
was killed in a crash the track was closed in 1957.. The
old race course
is still visible at Paramount Ranch with a couple of sections
still being paved.
The racetrack was a two mile figure eight course with
a bridge between turns 3 and 4. Pictured above is turn
6. The racetrack pits and grandstand were located on the
current parking lot.
