Six Flags
Magic Mountain Valencia has been offering its spoky
version of Halloween since 1968. Fright Fest may not
be quite as big as other Southern Califonia theme park
Halloween celebrations but no other amuseument park
has as many rides as Magic Mountain.
You can enjoy thrill rides all day long and then for
a small additional charge enter into the scare zone.
Online
tickets are $39.99 and you can buy a Fright Fest
wrist band for ten dollars at Magic Mountain park.
This year Magic Mountain has kicked Fright Night several
notches with new Haloween mazes and rides including:
Cursed -Dare to enter this supposed cursed land where,
inexplicably, the moon is always full. Gypsies and werewolves
are said to roam the land at night in an eternal search
of new blood.
Chupacabra - Come face to face with this elusive blood-thirsty
creature as it terrorizes a local Dia de los Muertos
festival.
The Aftermath - Enter a post apocalyptic city where
nomad warriors rule with bone-crushing iron fists and
the dead stalk the living.
Colossus Backwards - A Fright Fest Exclusive! Travel
nearly one mile on this classic “woodie”
backwards! Only during Fright Fest does Colossus run
backwards.
Terror Tracks - Face your fears and experience the world’s
greatest thrills, with the lights off! Tatsu, Apocalypse,
Viper, The Riddler’s Revenge, and Goliath will
all run without track lights, bringing a new dimension
to nighttime thrills.

Along with these thrilling rides and
mazes there are several Haloween shows: Nightmares –
A Twisted Tale -Your favorite bedtime stories take a
twisted turn, Dr.. Fright's Carnevil a haunted dance
party with hit songs and undead choreography, Off Your
Head: Ghoul rock at its most head-banging and Hypnotist:
a mystical, comical stage show.
Six Flags Frieght Fest discounts and information: Regular
admission tickets allow you into the Six Flags Magic
Mountain all day, even before the Halloween fun starts
at night; however, Access to Fright Fest Mazes requires
a maze pass wristband $10.00 at the gate.

10:30am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and from
