The parks service has taken over the fishing operations. Anglers 16 years and over are required to have a fishing license.

Shore fishing is now the only activity allowed. No more boat rentals. If and when a vendor is found to take over concessions at the lake boat rentals may be offered.

OC Parks is scheduled to stock fish in the lake but don’t count on any huge trout like the ones stocked by Rick Mendoza who ran the fishing operations for the last twenty years.
