Just 55 miles north of San Francisco, the city boasts several farmers’ markets, a thriving music scene, numerous museums, and a variety of outdoor activities.

Tomales Bay, Marin County

Travel time 1.5 hours – 56 miles. One of the Tomales Bay area’s main attractions is Tomales Bay State Park, which spans over 2,000 acres. It is one of the few state parks situated on either side of a bay; the larger portion is located on the west side of Tomales Bay, and the smaller portion is situated on the east side.
